Tour Stonehaven Scotland on the Best Scottish Tours. A beautiful day here in Scotland, especially on the North East Coast of Scotland where my group and I attended the Stonehaven Highland Games. The Stonehaven Highland Games Association was formed in 2000, and the Games are a traditional Highland Games which are held on the third Sunday in July each year. They form part of the Grampian Games Championship, and the Glenfiddich Heavy Championships. The Games also included the Williamson and Dunn Grampian Light Events Championship and the Grampian Games Tug of War Championship. The games also featured The Walkers Shortbread Highland Dancing and also The John Milne Auctioneers Solo Highland Piping Competition. There were also a variety of stalls and food booths.
